Payment: Payment for room reservations is due in full at the time of check in.
Identification: The Steelhead Inn requires a current Drivers License or State issued Id and an active credit card for all room rentals.
Check in/Check out: Check in begins at 3:00 pm the day of your arrival. Check out is at 11:00 am. Early checkin/Late checkout can be requested and may or may not be granted based on room availability.
Smoking and Pets: ALL Steelhead Inn guest rooms are non smoking rooms. Cigarette receptacles have been placed in various locations around the property for your convenience while smoking outside. The fee for damages caused by unauthorized smoking in rooms (e.g. burns in carpet or furniture, lingering odor, etc.), is a minimum of $250 (more as needed). The amount will be charged to the credit card that was taken at the time of reservation. No Pets of any kind are permitted in guest rooms or common areas such as the lobby, laundry/vending room, pool area, or in the swimming pool.
Pool policy: The pool is available for use by Steelhead Inn guests only. It is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day during daylight hours. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AND GUESTS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY WHEN USING THE POOL. THE STEELHEAD INN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RECEIVED ON ANY OF THE STEELHEAD INN’S GROUNDS
Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are from 11pm – 8am
Rooms/Room Rentals: Rooms are to be occupied by registered/signed persons only. Nothing shall be put on the walls including but not limited to tape, nails, etc. There is to be no cooking with any appliance other than the microwave provided. There is to be no burning of candles or incense of any kind. The motel staff has full access to the room, at all times, for housekeeping, maintenance/repair, and inspection. It is understood that the guest is responsible for the condition of the room at check–out. The cost for any room items that are missing or damaged will be charged accordingly to the credit card on file that was used to reserve the room. Any possessions left longer than 7 days will be disposed of.
Housekeeping: Short Term stays will be serviced with cleaning and fresh towels daily. Extended stays will be serviced a minimum of 3 days per week (currently M-W-F, but motel staff reserves the right to change these days). Trash will not be left outside of the room door. It will be wrapped in a tied bag and put in the trash cans along the sidewalks or in the dumpster.
Behavior and Damages: Damage or destruction of property, conduct disruptive to motel operations and unlawful behavior, including but not limited to drugs, drug trafficking, prostitution, and gambling, will not be tolerated. Any of the aforementioned behaviors can constitute removal from the property and the authorities will be notified immediately.
Extended Stays Guests: It is understood that all of the items listed above apply to extended stay guests as well as the additional items listed below.
It is understood that the Steelhead Inn is a daily rental establishment and will rent a room to guests on a daily basis. This means The Steelhead Inn has the right to remove guests at any time without refund for the following reasons; Motel needing room for reservations made by customers and failure to prepay room charges. If guest fails to vacate the room as instructed by motel staff I understand the motel will be authorized to do the following: Remove guest possessions and prepare the room for a new occupant, install a lockout box to prevent re-entry of the room, and charge guest with criminal trespass if they re-enter the room without authorization of motel.
Transfer: This agreement is transferable to new ownership or property name change.
